Annealing without controlled atmosphere

In two electrical furnaces, we provide annealing for eliminating material stress, normalizing annealing, stabilizing annealing and soft annealing. Upon customer's request, these large furnaces can be also used for other processes. All furnaces are linked to the monitoring system so that the entire process can be precisely monitored.

LAC VKT 7200

Application:

Heat treatment of components for the engineering, textile, automotive, and military industries.

Furnace dimensions – max. charge:

  • 5,000 x 1,200 x 1,200 mm - 5 t

Maximum part weight:

  • up to 3,500 kg

Max. temperature:

  • 900°C

We provide:

  • stress relief annealing (e.g., after welding)
  • normalizing annealing
  • soft annealing
  • possibility of process documentation via PC

Materials:

Stress relief annealing:

  • All common carbon and low-alloy structural steels

  • Weldments (steel structures, frames, welded parts)

  • Cast steels

Normalizing annealing:

  • Unalloyed and low-alloy steels (e.g., 11 373, 12 050, C45, C55)

  • Materials after forming (forgings, castings)

Soft annealing:

  • Tool steels (e.g., 19 573, 19 436)

  • Bearing steels (100Cr6) – to improve machinability
